Full day sight-seeing tour around Hanoi – the charming capital surrounded with lakes and tree shaded boulevards: visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, which includes the Mausoleum, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Presidential Palace as well as Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts. Follow this with a visit to the Vietnam Ethnology museum. Check-out hotel at noon.

In the afternoon visit the Temple of Literature, site of Vietnam’s first university, dating back to the 11th century, take a walking tour around Hanoi’s Old Quarter, visit Dong Xuan market, Restored Sword Lake and Ngoc Son Temple.

Evening: enjoy Water Puppet show – an unique traditional art of Vietnam before transfer to Hanoi railway station for the night train to Lao Cai.

Arrive in Lao Cai in the early morning, bus pick-up and transfer to Sapa – the very charming mountainous town 1650m above the sea level. Enjoy breathtaking sights of the deep blue mountains, spring green valleys and golden terraced rice fields on the way.

After breakfast at restaurant, start full day tour exploring Sapa: visit Ta Phin village, home to Black Hmong and Red Dzao minorities, the two largest ethnic groups in the area.

At noon back to hotel for check-in. After a short rest , transfer to Lao Chai for a trekking tour: walk down the hill to visit Lao Chai village of Black H’mong, then proceed to visit Ta Van village, inhabited by Dzay minority.

Back to Sapa by late afternoon – free at leisure.

Drive back to Lao Cai in the afternoon. Take a short visit to the border market and Holy Mother Temple before catching the night train back to Hanoi.

Arrive in Hanoi in the early morning. Have breakfast and short rest at local restaurant then depart Hanoi for Ha Long City. On arrival embark the deluxe junk for 2days/1 night cruising tour around the World Natural Heritage Halong Bay. Explore Surprising cave and enjoy swimming at Titop beach. Sea food lunch and dinner served on board.

In the morning we are going to drive down the coast road, passing over the spectacular Sea cloud, heading for Danang – the biggest port in central Vietnam. Upon arrival visit Cham Museum and stone carving village at the foothill of Marble mountains. Proceed to Hoian – the very charming ancient town quietly nestled by Thu Bon river, one of Vietnam’s most prosperous port town in 15^th century. Check-in hotel and relax.

Morning: take a walking tour to explore Hoian: visit the Fujian congregation hall, Japanese covered bridge, ancient house, lantern factory and local markets. Enjoy 01 hr cyclo tour around the town and back to your hotel.

Transfer to airport for flight to Hochiminh city. Meet and transfer to the city centre and check in at the hotel. After a short rest, start sight-seeing tour around Hochiminh city – the biggest and most lively city of Vietnam: visit the Reunification Hall (the former President Palace), War remnant museum, Thien Hau pagoda, China town, Binh tay market, and make some photo stops along the way at Notre Dame cathedral and Central Post Office.

Today you are going to the outskirt of Hochiminh city to visit Cuchi underground tunnel – the historical site during American-Vietnam war that once stretched over 210km. Proceed to Tayninh and join the unique Caodaism mass at Cao Dai Holy Land.

Back to Hochiminh city by the late afternoon, visit brick kilns on the way.
